Convicted drug dealer at large is known to frequent Hamilton

Palmer wanted

A man convicted of drug possession with intent to traffic is wanted for allegedly breaching his day parole and is known to frequent Hamilton.

Colin Palmer, 46, was convicted of two counts of possession of a controlled substance for trafficking and sentenced to two years and ten months. He was recently granted day parole, but the OPP Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (ROPE) Squad says he has not reported back in.

They describe Palmer as five-foot-nine, 180 pounds with light brown hair and blue eyes. He also has several tattoos including;

  • A fighting leprechaun skeleton on the back of his neck
  • A bird in a Native art style on his upper arm
  • two words on his left forearm

Palmer is known to frequent Hamilton, the Six Nations Reserve and Cambridge, Ontario.
