Family ‘deeply concerned’ for well-being of missing Hamilton teenager

The public’s assistance is being asked for in helping to locate a missing 17-year-old Hamilton teenager.

Matthew Medeiros was last seen in the area of Birch Avenue and Princess Street.

“Investigators and his family are deeply concerned for his well-being,” said Hamilton Police, who are actively searching for Medeiros.

The teenager is described as being a white five-foot-five male with a thin build. He has curly dark brown hair and has braces.

He was wearing a black sweater with “North Western” written in white letters down both sleeves and had a black toque on. He also has earrings on both ears and might be on a black bicycle with blue trim.

“Any assistance from the public is greatly appreciated as we continue our efforts to locate him,” added police.
