Police are looking for witnesses following a serious collision in Hamilton’s East Mountain area.

Hamilton police say that shortly after 9:30 p.m. on April 17, officers were called to investigate a collision between a vehicle and a pedestrian on Upper Stoney Creek in the Terryberry Road area.

Police say a 23-year-old Hamilton man was struck while he was crossing the road on foot and sustained injuries. He was taken to hospital and has since been released to recover at home.

The police’s collision reconstruction unit is investigating and is asking anyone who was in the area or who has video footage from the area during the time of the incident to contact Detective Constable Cruickshanks at 905-546-4753 or [email protected]
