Noxious substance believed to be released in Hamilton McDonald’s

The Hamilton Police Service were called to a McDonald’s in Hamilton early Wednesday evening after reports of noxious substance being released inside.

Reports say the substance, believed to be pepper spray, was released inside the fast-food restaurant located on Upper Wentworth St. in Hamilton around 6 p.m.

It is believed the suspect fled.

Both Hamilton police and Hamilton Paramedics are currently on the scene.
