A vehicle crashed into a home hitting a gas line this morning in Hamilton.

The vehicle crashed into the home and the driver reportedly fled the scene around 7 a.m. today (April 19).

The collision has resulted in damage to a gas line, Hamilton Police said in a post on X this morning.

Hamilton Police asked people to avoid the area of Campbell Avenue between Balmoral Avenue and Ottawa Street.

There is no word on injuries in the incident.
